I made several orders and my experience was great; the teas arrived well packaged and were all of excellent quality, in fact I gladly returned to order. Even the small sample tin are full and they last quite long. The teas of the various fandoms are nice and excellent gift ideas. The only downside is that, living in Italy, I have to incur significant shipping costs and customs taxes. However, for the quality and uniqueness of the teas, which I would not find elsewhere, it is worth it.

Adagio never disappoints. I've been a customer for years, and I am always satisfied in the quality of their coffees, teas and spices!

I’ve been using adagio tea for years. Quality is always fresh and excellent. Order is always correct. Tea ships super fast. Good rewards program and sales. Monthly “communitea” is a great way to taste and comment on the same teas at the same time with many other tea lovers. Adagio has outstanding staple teas and *highly* inventive blends. I am never bored and always buy more than I intended. Now, they also have spices, coffees, and tea making supplies. I don’t know how customer service is because I’ve never had a problem!!

I absolutely LOVE your teas… I got so many the first time that they lasted me forever, because I just could NOT make up my mind on just a few. lol.

I'm a member of the Adagio teas 'communitea' group - where we have the privilege AND FUN ! of tasting a new tea each month. The group chats and discusses and it can be amusing and quite hilarious to read the different comments.
Adagio always gives full value with samples and it's a real treat and pleasure to drink the teas!

At one time I did buy my tea from Adagio. However, I got one great big lesson from Adagio. First, they have one of the slowest delivery times of any company I have done business with. Number 2. Their teas are simply not that good and their selection is less than many other tea companies. On two different occasion I received tea that tasted way off, as if they had spoiled and were rotting. Number 3. They don't give a crap about their customers or their concerns. They will do everything they can not to refund your money and keep it! If you say refund, they think you have a problem and they respond with, "We will send you another order of the tea you no longer want anything to do with. These are people that do not give a red rats rear about you or your satisfaction with their products. My very best advice is to take your very hard-earned money to someone else before you find out just what I am writing about the hard way. Please! These are not good people to do business with. You have been warned! 4/30/22. Placed an order with Adagio Tea on the 21st of April. It is now the 30th of April and no tea delivery as of yet. Checked shipping info and found that my order will not be delivered until the 2nd of May if they do not decide to delay my order any further. I e-mailed Adagio Tea in order to find out just what is going on and to request a return label and refund for a product that I no longer wanted because I am tired of sitting on my butt waiting for Adagio to get off of theirs. What I got was a form notice stating that I should go to, and check with my local post office in order to find my package. Thanks for nothing Adagio Tea. They have now dumped their responsibility to ensure that my order is received in a timely manner off and onto me. I will be updating this review as things worsen. Eleven days in order to receive an order of tea that may or may not arrive at all. It should have taken only about five days to ship to Denver Co. These people are absolutely useless. 5/4/22. Today is the fourteenth day of waiting for my order from Adagio Tea. FedEx has no schedule for future delivery date and info I found states that Adagio Tea chose the slowest posable delivery path available from FedEx. Thanks for nothing Adagio tea. This is what Adagio Tea is known for. Slow delivery and don't give a crap about their customers. I told Adagio tea to cancel order over five days ago and that has not been done. How long do you think it will be before I see my package and just how long will it take to receive a refund, which they will not do. The slowness is all FedEx. And this is why I choose not to use FedEx for any reason. They are the worst!

This tea company is determined to please. I was thrilled that they enclosed many tea samples that are absolutely delicious and a surprise treat. I trust no other tea companies, Adagio Teas are determined to exceed all expectations.

As a wholesale customer Adagio has consistently demonstrated poor customer experience and has lost a customer. When contacted about delays and order issues they are not helpful, passing the issue on to others and emphasizing they are a small team. When contacting the owner for support on order issues, he sent over google reviews dismissing my order issues and customer experience. They also price gouged products without communicating to customer, and don't mind bad reviews or customers who have horrible experiences, because the owner will send over past good reviews to gaslight current issues

Adagio Teas is a company that sells quality tea at good prices and has a fun Communitea that you can join and try a different tea every day. They have a rewards program that I also enjoy participating in for free tea and tea ware.

I love this company so much! They have a really deep selection of great quality teas, and as if that weren't enough, they allow to create and share your own custom blends, complete with your own artwork, if you do that sort of thing. They've effectively managed to build a real community around their teas and it's such a great tactic married up with a great product, I feel like this whole thing was aimed squarely at me.
